TASIS offers programs for qualified students aged 3–19, including bilingual instruction for students in grades 1–9, English as an Additional Language courses, the Advanced Placement program, and the International Baccalaureate program.

All students work toward receiving an American high school diploma while many also pursue the International Baccalaureate Diploma. We encourage families to visit the School or meet with a TASIS representative during one of ouroff-campus visits. The School awards financial aid on the basis of need and merit. This intensive course will be followed by a weekly course during the first year. There are separate procedures (see application for studies in medicine/dental medicine), if you seek admission to studies in medicine/dental medicine. The application fee must be paid for each application to a degree course, and, in principle, amounts to CHF 100.-, except for applications to the affiliate schools, the regulations for which specify other amounts. The application fee is non-reimbursable and may not be detracted from the semester fees charged to students who have been admitted to SUPSI courses. Applications will be considered only if the application fee has been paid. At master’s level, the teaching language is German, English or one or more other languages. For some degree programs, you require a very good command of the English language.
You will be guided through the application, admission and enrolment process. If you’ll continue your study at the University of Lucerne at Master’s level in the same subject, you won’t have to register for the Master Study once more. You will be enrolled further by paying the bill for the semester fees. The study level will be changed after the graduation ceremony of your Bachelor’s Degree. The Admissions Office is responsible for formal admission to bachelor, master and doctoral studies for people with Swiss or foreign educational qualifications.
