The TASIS EAL Writing Proficiency Test and the Cambridge English Proficiency Test or TOEFL/TOEFL Jr/IELTS are required if English is not the candidate’s native language. The student’s passport needs to be valid for at least six months after entering the School.
- The Admissions Office is responsible for formal admission to bachelor, master and doctoral studies for people with Swiss or foreign educational qualifications.
- You can pay your application fee by Visa, Mastercard, or PostFinance Card.
- The application fee must be paid for each application to a degree course, and, in principle, amounts to CHF 100.-, except for applications to the affiliate schools, the regulations for which specify other amounts.
- Once your payment has been registered, you can download via the Uniportal your confirmation of matriculation and revalidate your Campus Card.
- Your enrolment confirmation will be given to you in person or sent by post.
Please note that you are eligible to apply during the last year of your current study programme, provided you obtain your final degree by the start of the MEIG Programme in September. Candidates who pass all the admission examinations will receive a letter of admission and a registration confirmation form by ordinary post and by email. This form must be signed and returned to the Academic Services Office of the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana as instructed in the letter of admission. Once registration has been confirmed, you will officially become a student at the Conservatorio. Online payment with a credit card or PayPal account, through the applications portal. In this case it isnotnecessary to upload a transaction receipt in the portal.
International Trade And Development
This intensive course will be followed by a weekly course during the first year. There are separate procedures (see application for studies in medicine/dental medicine), if you seek admission to studies in medicine/dental medicine. Foreigners who are required to obtain a visa must make a visa application to the Swiss Consular representation abroad that has jurisdiction for their place of domicile. The visa application form is issued free of charge by this representation office abroad. It must be accompanied by the travel document, and, if requested, by further documentation testifying the reason for the journey. SUPSI reserves the right to cancel programmes or courses should the number of applications be insufficient.
Upon receipt of the application form, the University verifies compliance with the admission requirements. Admission requirements are specified in the respective pages of each program. Matriculation becomes legally valid after payment of the semester fees has been received.
After validating your application form, we invite you to join our Facebook group, created specially for our applicants. Our team will use this group to provide support and answer your questions, in addition to e-mail, phone and campus visits. Moreover, this group allows you to exchange with other applicants during the application process. If you meet all the admission requirements, your semester registration confirmation will be made available to you online. Your enrolment confirmation will be given to you in person or sent by post.
